Dynamic Throw (ダイナミックシュート Dainamikku Shūto, lit. Dynamic Shoot)[3] is an Energy Sphere used by Vegeta.
Overview
The user holds both hands above their head and charges an energy sphere. They then throw the energy sphere with both hands.
Usage
Vegeta uses this technique as part of Focus Flash which he uses during his confrontation with Kid Buu. In the anime, the Dynamic Throw portion of Focus Flash is strong enough to destroy the lower half of Kid Buu's body.
Film Appearances
In Dragon Ball Z: Wrath of the Dragon, Vegeta uses Dynamic Throw during his battle with Pre-Transformation Hirudegarn.
Variations
Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta (Scouter) performing Welcome to Oblivion! in Budokai 3
- Focus Flash - Vegeta often performs Dynamic Throw to initiate his Focus Flash variation of Lucora Gun, thus acts as a variation of Dynamic Throw.
- Welcome to Oblivion! - In the Budokai series, Vegeta will perform Dynamic Throw while yelling, "Welcome, to oblivion!" after hitting the opponent with Big Bang Attack.

In Dokkan Battle, it is named Final Burst Cannon and is used by PHY Super Saiyan Vegeta once he transforms to Super Saiyan 2.
In Dragon Ball Legends, it is named Dynamic Throw where it is performed without Focus Flash's rapid fire energy barrage. It appears as the Special Move Arts for Vegeta (DBL32-01S). Additionally, it can be taught to Shallot (DBL00-01) after reaching Friendship Rank 2.
